as we discussed we're trying to find partners for open-work initiative

for this i would recommend following

1. at open-work gcloud install 
2. beautifulsoup or
3. scrapy or 
4. other web-scraping software.. and 
5. use it for going through
6. organisational databases like
7. mca.gov.in companies data statewise list here
8. non-profit organisation data statewise list here
9. and so on for other databases
10. to find formal organisations....
11. and use twitter api and 
12. facebook api and tools
13. to find social/informal....
14. individuals and
15. groups
16. ...that are into any or few of
17. liquid democracy
18. direct democracy
19. swaraj
20. citizen participation
21. civic tech
22. democratic reform
23. crowd sourced initiatives
24. public mass movements
25. social movements
26. ...etc..
27. .. and that may like to spend at least 2 hrs average per week
28. and follow open-work guidelines (to be released), etc..
29. we may also like to use other databases like
30. wikipedians 
31. statewise registrar of societies, etc
32. international volunteering organisations, 
33. democracy.earth (already pursuing..)
34. other open source projects and foundations.. etc
