would like to ask

1. is rs 25000 per year registration, and rs 5000 pm transaction charge minimal offerings
2. as sikone is only going to use otp authentication only, and not bio-metric, as later is costly
3. as sikone has just started, and may take time to build financial model, would it be possible for cdac to modify product offering like
4. say rs 10000 py registration (otp authentication), and rs 1000 pm (rs 1 per txn) charge
5. if not would it be fine if sikone takes about 3 months to gather enough funding and resources
6. does costing mentioned in step 1 and your annex b, includes information audit cost that's required by aadhaar act/ uidai to be done every year
7. provided sikone develops its own aadhaar authentication app, and hosts i-t infrastructure itself, do you see any other charges other than those mentioned in step 1, and annex b.. like
8. charges for auditing / verifying app, and/or
9. further registration and other charges required by cdac and/or uidai, and/or
10. preprod / dev license and transaction charges

also could you please confirm that the agreement and services that you're offering comply to latest circular issued by uidai mentioning 'local aua', and 'uid token'

Please find below details with Agreement Format for getting on-board as Sub-AUA with C-DAC.

Steps involved in getting on-board with C-DAC’s as Sub-AUA are as follows –

1.       Fill online form available at https://asaaua.epramaan.gov.in/subauaregister (Completed)

2.       Sign AUA-Sub-AUA agreement with C-DAC (Format attached)

3.       Sign Joint Undertaking with C-DAC as per UIDAI format (Format Attached)

4.       C-DAC will take permission from UIDAI for onboarding of Sub-AUA with C-DAC (UIDAI may ask further details from Sub-AUA before providing necessary permissions)

5.       Pay Registration Charges applicable

6.       Start technical integration

Please find attached ASA-AUA Agreement format to be signed. The agreement have to be printed in two sets on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper, duly signed and both copies to be sent on following address for further processing.

Please note signature and stamping is mandatory on each page of all document
