One of those documents is this budget masterfile that we used. Now, I'm not sure if Quickbooks has reporting that could use instead, but this is the type of visibility we need at all times for the leadership team, as well as to be reporting on in a more wider basis monthly. Our finance advisor at the time helped us put this together so it was a team effort! Brendan, Bach, Eddie - does Quickbooks have reporting we could use instead? Or should we aim to keep a document like this updated between the alumni & active chapters.
