ICANN 79 (San Juan) offsite, open meeting to share RDRS experience?

Would there be interest in an open session in San Juan for requesters and registrars to share experience and opinions in early use of the RDRS?

I'm thinking of something near the conference venue but offsite to disentangle from this from official ICANN processes.
