In outlook how do I search by Last Name?

Our outlook global address directory is organized by first name. This is sometime inconvenient when trying to populate the To: field with addresses. Outlook has a tool built in to help with this issue. Start typing a name in the TO field hit ctrl K to bring up a search box. The search box will display all names in the global address book that contain what you typed so far in the to field. Select the correct one and move on with your email.
