Why can't I sync my new phone to Outlook email? Microsoft says I have too many "phone partnerships."

Follow the instructions below if, after attempting to sync your phone to your Shen Outlook email account, you receive an email message from Microsoft saying, "You have 10 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 10 partnerships. After you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you delete existing ones from your account."
  1. Login to WEB MAIL (not regular Outlook). Webmail can be accessed by typing webmail.shenet.org into the address bar of any web browser.
  2. In the upper right corner, click Options, then select See All Options.
  3. On the left, click Phone. Select/highlight a device, then click the "X" to delete it. When finished, sign out of web mail.
    If your mail does not automatically begin populating to your phone, you may have to DELETE the Exchange account on your phone, then add it again.
