Can't Read Student Documents in IC

Hi there, I am a new teacher, and I attended the new teacher training session on how to use Infinite Campus. I remember some teachers having trouble accessing student documents (IEP/504), but I have not heard on whether there is a solution yet.

In Infinite Campus, in the Campus Instruction section when I click the orange lock next to a student's name in the roster nothing happens. So I switch to Campus Tools.

In the Campus Tools section I search the child's name, who had the orange lock in the Campus Instruction Roster, and that brings up the student information window.

When I click on the documents tab, and a window pops out into a new tab, but that tab never loads anything. The window says "This webpage is not available".

Is there an easy solution to this?

In order to access IEP from home you would need to remotely access shen using VMware. Once logged in using VMware you can use chrome/IE to open sis then access IEP's. Instructions for remote access are attached to this help article.
