I need to do a help desk ticket for my printer. Where can I find the page to create one? I went to insideshen and clicked on help desk and the page, where it brought me is unavailable.
Solution:
Some of you are having trouble accessing the newly updated helpdesk.
That is, when you type “helpdesk” it attempts to access the old version/old link and you get an error message.
TO FIX THE PROBLEM:
Delete your browser history.
Open your browser.
In Internet Explorer:
Select Tools
Select Delete Browsing History
Check the History, Cookies, and Temporary Internet file boxes to delete. (NOTE: Other boxes to check/un-check are your choices.)
Select Delete
In Chrome:
Select the 3 horizontal lines in upper right corner
Select History
Select Clear Browsing Data
This will bring you to another page asking how far back to clear the history … Select “the beginning of time”.
You should now be able to type “http://helpdesk” and get to our helpdesk system.
