How do I change my network, outlook or google apps password?

If you would like to change your Google Apps, outlook or network password, you must do so by changing your Shenet network password.  Follow these instructions to change your Shenet password:

  1. Log on to a school (Windows7) computer using your network username and password
  2. Use the Ctrl + Alt + Delete key combinations
  3. Select "Change Password"
  4. Follow the prompts to create a new password
Your Google Apps (ShenSchools.org) and outlook  password will sync within a few minutes. Please note if you have setup your smartphone to deliver shen email you will also need to change the password on your phone independent of this.
