Dear Parents and Guardians (and Students can you make sure that your parents see this!),

This is a reminder and a final plea to get as many parents as possible to the Spring Soiree this Sunday (April 19, 12-3PM).  Ticket sales are apparently a little light and we really want to get as many people there as possible so that we can honor the huge amount of effort that our SET PA has put into planning this event.  I promise you that these events are always fun.  It's a great time to hang out with the staff and other families in a casual social environment.  The food is always delicious and the prizes are often substantial.  We have some families from last year who are finally making good on what they won last year.  Ms. Geis and Ms. Lennon are headed out to a movie with students on Monday and I'm going Disc Golfing with students tomorrow!  Last year I won an auction for the San Diego Film Festival and was able to see Hamnet with my daughter well before people even knew that it was a movie.  The auction items this year will be just as grand!

I also want to emphasize that all money raised by the SET PA goes directly to the students.  One of the amazing things about our school over the past few years is that we have been able to constantly say YES to students and staff when they want something.  I don't think that we are wanting for any day to day items because we always get to say YES!

Thank you so much to the SET PA for putting on this Soiree and always making sure that the staff are included in the event.  We always walk away from it with our tummies and hearts full.  The support is astounding and makes all the difference for our community.

Can't wait to see you there!

Here are the details from a previous email from the SET PA:

If there’s one event to attend this spring, it’s this one.
