Report cards are available in Core Competency

Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
You may have noticed that the report cards have been uploaded to the Core Competency dashboard: https://cc.sethigh.org (note the cc instead of corecompetency in case you had trouble spelling corecompetency in the past. https://corecompetency.sethigh.org still works if you have that bookmarked). You'll see a section that is labeled "Most Recent Report Card". There are still a few students who need their TA and/or advisory grades to be updated to a P. If you happen to see a blank grade in one of those classes, you can safely assume that it will soon be a P.
Sorry for the delay with getting report cards out. We're not able to send out partial report cards so we need to make sure that every teacher has completed grades for every student before we can release them.
Finally, regarding the Winter Formal this weekend, we just had a big discussion with the student body about whether the dance was going to happen. We currently do not have enough students signed up for it, but there seemed to be growing interest in it as we talked as a group. We are assuming that it will move forward, but please do lean on your child to get them to go. The dances are always fun, there's no need to go with a date, and if people are worried about formal attire, wearing the nicest clothing that the students own will work just fine. We just want students to enjoy the company of their friends. The dance/dancing part of it is secondary.
