Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
The following is a message from the Yearbook Club. As a parent who just ordered the yearbook. I can tell you that the process is not nearly as easy as you would think it should be, so read their email carefully! I'm the reason for the troubleshooting section. If you want to set out on your own, this is the pass code that they'll be asking you for: 1017369846043802
(I forgot to remind you that the report cards were ready on Core last weekend. Hopefully everyone noticed them. Can't miss them on the CoreCompetency dashboard.)

Don’t miss out on our early bird sale for the 2025/2026 SET high yearbook! The yearbook has a 10% discount until October 31st, so make sure to order before then! The price will be increasing by 5 dollars in November, and again in January and April.
When you purchase a yearbook, you’ll get the chance to have two free custom pages—printed exclusively in your own copy! If you'd like more, you can add extra custom pages for just $1.99 per 2 pages. Custom pages are due May 4th.

Instructions to purchase if needed:
If buying the yearbook with a new account:
1. Using the link or QR code, create an account and fill out all required fields. (For the teacher filed, you may select not listed.)
2. From there, you will be able to purchase the yearbook by filling in your payment method.
If buying the yearbook with an existing account:
1. Using the link or QR code, open TreeRing and log into your account.
2. You will be prompted with a screen where your information will already be filled out for the new year. This will include the school year (2025-2026) and your students grade. It will ask you to select a picture, you can leave this field blank.
3. From there, you will be able to purchase the yearbook by filling in your payment method.
Troubleshooting:
If for some reason last year’s yearbook is showing:
1. Once you’re logged into your account, click on the top right (it should say your name and give you a drop-down menu.)
2. Click “My Kids.”
3. On computer click settings. On a mobile device click the button with the 2 lines on the top right.
4. Click add new school year.
5. Fill out all required fields. (For the teacher filed, you may select not listed.)
6. It might ask you for a passcode afterwards, this is the schools passcode: 1017369846043802

After purchasing, you will be able to log back into your account and customize your 2 free custom pages.(Custom pages do not have to be purchased or customized before you buy your yearbook.)
