To better clarify what our extended stay program can and should be, we should change the name from SYLE (Servas Youth Language Experience) to a more broad SESO (Servas Extended Stay Opportunity) to allow members of all ages to explore this opportunity, and not simply tie it to language learning. Further, removing the term ‘youth’ from what we consider ‘young adult’ members, to better market and explain the program, if we do stay with ‘under 30’ as a rule.
