Follow these steps in the document attached if you get an error when accessing the ICM

If it does not work the reason could be :

1- you are not logged in Chrome or are using a non-school account

2 - Your school staff list is not up to date

in which case follow these steps :

Ø Contact Your school google Admin and ask him/her to refresh it
