Would you like to join a small team developing/compiling a shared ‘theory of learning’?

 

 

Among those who look at the evidence, there is now a great deal of agreement about effective learning.

Please take a look at this blogpost – it’s an introduction to the idea that we can now develop the sort of shared theory for learning that medics, engineers etc have which underpins their professionalism and generates the respect of government, journalist etc.  The theory will be cognitive/neuro-science based, using evidence from classroom experiments etc.

If you’d be interested to be involved because

·         you have ideas to contribute 

·         you know sources we might find useful, 

·         you would like to comment as a teacher as the ideas develop
