Today is the 114th Birthday of the Amateur Radio Club

.The first Club meeting was held in Houston Hall, on this date, in 1909.

 

The Club at Penn was one of the first five University Radio Clubs with Columbia University claiming the honor of being the first University Club after being founded in 1908.

Over the years, Club activity has ebbed and flowed.  This happens at every College and University campus.
