[ACTION REQUIRED] PennARC Slack

Hi everyone,

Thanks for joining our meeting. Those who couldn’t make it, we covered some housekeeping for the year. We focused on communication, plans to find our own shacks, licensing sessions and exams, and more.

We’ve decided to switch to an instant messaging platform for current and active members only. We’ll still be very actively using this mailing list to connect with alumni and the larger community. This change helps avoid clutter for those who want to stay connected but don’t need to engage in daily club operations.

Here’s the link to join the Slack channel. This is for active members on campus only. If you are interested in participating in club activities, regardless whether you are licensed. 

It’ll also serve as the official roster for current club members for registration. We do already have a discord server, but it seems like it's very inactive and the school also prefers Slack for undergraduate clubs.

In the meantime, we’re working closely with the engineering school to hopefully find a shack and approve equipment installation.
