New examples and fixes in milonga

Dear all

A user asked me to add examples for many-zones slabs in milonga (they
should have been there since a long time ago, I always postponed
further examples for the completion of my PhD thesis but a lot of stuff
is happening that prevents me from completing this goal).

I added three examples, namely reed, reflected and two-zone slabs I
found a "serious" bug I unintentionally introduced last year.
Please update milonga to the latest version if you are using diffusion
with finite volumes.

And check out the new examples. I want to create "Real Books" like the
one I have half-done for wasora
