Hi guys!
Have you seen the attached puzzle? Can you solve it? There is no need to code it but can you share your thoughts?
Each tile must be rearranged in order to match the small colored boxes. There are four corner tiles with one small colored box and 18x4 border tiles with two small colored boxes.
Each tile can be rotated.
Please share your thoughts!

the puzzle is for a general solution to this type of problems or to the particular arrangement shown?

Yes, simulated annealing! I also believe that is the way to proceed. Lastly, I have attached a better image of the problem.
PD: the algorithm should only solve this particular arrangement.
