Recent changes on wasora related to eventual parallelization

Hi everybody,

Just to comment: due to the recent improvements in wasora code
(mesh/neighbors.c) it is worth to re-run my profiling tests.

I hope to get a window of time by the end of May to do that. I'll keep
you informed.

Although the neighbors are now found (I fixed another issue that broke FEM BCs in Fino

it should be noted that the equations are not correctly solved for FVM because there are

issues with the computation of the cell-cell area.

Besides I have been fixing some issues on the memory allocation of both wasora and fino.

There might be further changes before end of May :-)
