--------------
The Network of Ultraviolet Astronomy is pleased to announce the next
e-Workshop that will be held on line in October 7-8.
As you are aware, we organize since 2020 yearly e-meetings to keep the
community updated and connected. These e-meetings are dedicated to
specific topics to take advantage of the short time frame available for
this type of global e-reunions. They are typically scheduled from 14:00
to 17:00 UTC during 1-3 days, depending on the demand of the community.
The topic of the next NUVA e-meeting will be:
From the HST UV Initiative to the Next UV Observatory
Making the Most of Today's UV Window While Shaping Tomorrow's Missions.
The HST UV Initiative reminds us that access to the ultraviolet sky is
both scientifically invaluable and increasingly rare. As we maximize the
unique opportunities provided by the Hubble Space Telescope, we must
also look beyond the present and define the future of UV astronomy. This
workshop brings together the UV community to share new scientific
results, strengthen collaborations, and shape the scientific and
technological vision for the next generation of UV observatories.
Important Dates:
Meeting will be held: 7-8 october from 15:00 to 18:00 CEST.
Deadline registration: October 2.
Deadline submission contributions: September 6th.
(EMail with acceptance: September 21st)
