Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce the Galactic Bars, Bulges and Disks Workshop, which will be held in June 1-5 2026, at Lipari Island, Italy.

The conference will focus on the dynamical role and interplay of the galactic bulges, bars and disks. The workshop is dedicated to Dr Peter Erwin, our esteemed colleague who passed away earlier this year. We aim to bring together both early-stage researchers and senior experts across different backgrounds, from observations to state-of-the-art simulations, in a vibrant environment framed in the picturesque Mediterranean atmosphere at the Aeolian Islands.
