Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to announce that abstract submission is now open for contributed talks for "AGN on the Beach II: A multi-scale view of jetted AGN", to be held 21–25 September 2026 in Diani, Kenya. We would like to ask you to spread the information to all those who might be interested.

This workshop will bring together experts in observations and simulations to advance our understanding of how relativistic jets and compact radio outflows from active galactic nuclei (AGN) influence their host galaxies. Despite major progress in high-resolution radio/mm facilities and hydrodynamical modelling, key questions remain about the physics that drives jet launching, the factors shaping radio morphology across scales, and the true impact of low-luminosity or small-scale jets on the interstellar medium and galaxy evolution. By integrating multi-scale perspectives, from black hole accretion processes to galaxy-wide feedback, this meeting aims to establish a coherent framework and define priorities for future multi-wavelength campaigns and theoretical efforts.

• The registration fee includes lunches during the conference and the conference dinner.
• There is an opportunity to fully support several African Early Career Researchers (ECRs) to attend the conference. Applicants must be non-DARA funded, and their abstract must be accepted.
• There is a limited opportunity to waive registration fees for a small number of MSc and PhD students.
• There may also be opportunities to support additional ECRs, subject to the availability of funds.
