Conexiones-CSIC on “EXOPLANETS”

Hola a todas y todos [english version below],
Si tu investigación está mínimamente relacionada con la temática EXOPLANETAS, te pedimos que leas este mensaje:
Os escribimos Rafa Luque y yo (Jorge Lillo-Box) porque vamos a coordinar una expresión de interés con la temática “EXOPLANETS” para el call Conexiones-CSIC. La idea es englobar todos/as los/as investigadores/as de la comunidad exoplanetaria en nuestro país (pertenezcan o no a institutos del CSIC) para que se beneficien del apoyo económico que supone, con el objetivo de tejer una red de investigadores en el campo en todo el territorio, reforzar y estrechar lazos así como crear nuevas colaboraciones con las nuevas generaciones. Todo ello, a través de la organización de eventos, financiación de visitas e intercambios entre institutos, ayudas para la preparación de proyectos internacionales, así como ayudas de viajes para estudiantes de doctorado para que puedan ejecutar observaciones en modo visitante si no hay otra fuente de financiación.
Si estás interesado/a en participar en la propuesta, sólo tienes que apuntarte (lo antes posible pero no más tarde del 14 de Noviembre) en el siguiente Google Form que hemos preparado:

La temática “EXOPLANETS” engloba todo lo relacionado con ciencia exoplanetaria, desde formación, discos protoplanetarios, evolución, detección, caracterización, atmósferas, interacciones estrella-planeta, caracterización de estrellas albergadoras, instrumentación, etc. Así que todo el mundo mínimamente relacionado con el campo es bienvenido. La próxima década va a ser muy intensa con misiones como PLATO/HWO/ET/Ariel etc. y los data releases de Gaia. Esta propuesta es para que la comunidad española nos organicemos frente a este desafío.
El deadline para presentar la candidatura es el 17/noviembre. Una semana antes distribuiremos el borrador de la propuesta a las personas que se hayan apuntado por entonces, para dar margen para enviar comentarios. Recordad por favor que sólo se puede participar en una Conexión-CSIC.

If your research is even slightly related to the EXOPLANETS topic, we kindly ask you to read this message:
We (Rafa Luque and I, Jorge Lillo-Box) are coordinating an Expression of Interest on the topic “EXOPLANETS” for the Conexiones-CSIC call. The idea is to bring together all researchers working in this field so that the exoplanet community can benefit from the financial support provided by the program. Our goal is to build a strong network of exoplanet researchers across the country — strengthening connections, fostering collaboration, and creating new opportunities with the upcoming generations.
This will be achieved through the organization of events, funding for visits and exchanges between institutes, support for preparing international projects, and travel grants for PhD students to carry out visitor-mode observations when no other funding source is available.
If you are interested in participating in this proposal, please sign up (as soon as possible, but no later than November 14) using the following Google Form:

The “EXOPLANETS” theme covers all aspects of exoplanetary science — from formation, protoplanetary disks, evolution, detection, characterization, and atmospheres, to star–planet interactions, host star characterization, instrumentation, and more. So anyone even slightly connected to the field is welcome to join. The coming decade will be an exciting and intense one, with missions such as PLATO, HWO, ET, Ariel, and the upcoming Gaia data releases. This proposal aims to help the Spanish exoplanet community organize and prepare to face this challenge together.
The deadline to submit the application is November 17. One week before that, we will circulate a draft of the proposal among those who have signed up by then, allowing time to provide feedback and comments.
Please remember that each person can only participate in one Conexión-CSIC.
