New Sanding Station

Today, the shop project crew completed a new Sanding Station, less drawers, that will be built next.     Take a look at the pictures at the link below. It was a clean sheet design that puts the dust collection and power just under the top and automatically starts and stops when you turn on or off a sander. The small cyclone ahead of the vacuum will collect most of the sanding dust and the rest will be captured by the Festool dust extractor.  Operating Instructions are posted on the wall behind it.
