Statement of Purpose

Springdale School District seeks an annual contract with a vendor for the purchase of developed online coursework aligned with the Arkansas Curriculum Frameworks for Kindergarten through 12th grade.  The chosen vendor(s) will provide a flexible blended and online project-based curriculum and learning management system as outlined in the specification of this Request for Proposal (RFP). 

Vendor(s) selected will be evaluated in part on the ability to deliver products on time and within budget, and their demonstrated understanding of the solution required based on their responses and subsequent interviews.
