SciTokens auth merged into HTCondor!

Hi,

There's still an immense amount of work to do, but I'm happy to say that the SciTokens auth method was merged into HTCondor; you can use a SciToken to submit jobs to a schedd.

This is the first step (of many!) to start unraveling X509 usage from the grid community. Something to get excited about!

PS - Derek, what's the status of getting cvmfs-auth-helper released and into OSG?

Hi Brian,

Nice. I'll definitely want to review all this. What's the best way to see the precise set of changes that was merged as part of this? Just look at commits for #7011?

Additionally we need a way to specify the SciToken to use in a submit file if we really want to get the gWMS team moving on this.
