Pilots, friends, and family.  To officially open our 2026 flying season, please join us for our 10th annual CUB Day!  If you have a Cub airplane, or can spell CUB, or if you just want to hang out and have a good time, we will gather at noon on Saturday, May 16th.  That is in 6 days. 

So, dust off those planes, finish those half done projects (there's still time )  and come fly with us.  Even if you are not flying, bring your CUB planes for static display.  Let's have a nice showing of all the different types and sizes of CUBS.

We will provide charred meat and buns.  Please bring a dish to pass.

There will be 2 contests for those pilots that are flying.

     1.  Hit the X on a touch and go.  Closest to the X WINS A PRIZE! and bragging rights to being a winner.

     2.  Dead stick landing.  Timed event.  At altitude, simulate dead stick and land safely.  Least amount of time WINS A PRIZE! and bragging rights to being a winner

Also, we are hosting the Cub Scouts from 2 to 4 for rocket launching.  In the past there have been 50+ Scouts, their parents and Grandparents. They love to talk with us.  Please interact and share your aviation experiences with them.
