Dr. Rajović is the founder of the NTC Learning System, a play-based educational method designed to stimulate children's motor and cognitive development through neuroscience-backed strategies. He is also a long-time collaborator with UNICEF on early childhood education and currently heads the Department of Educational Neuroscience at the Faculty of Education in Koper.
Born in Belgrade, Dr. Rajović is a specialist in internal medicine, with a master’s degree in neurophysiology from the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad and a PhD in sports science from the University of Niš. He is the founder of Mensa Serbia, a former Chairman of Mensa International’s Gifted Children Committee, and an expert on neuroscience in sports for the European Handball Federation. His NTC Learning System has been implemented in over 20 European countries and is accredited by the Ministry of Education in seven.
The NTC Programme translates the latest discoveries in neuroscience into practical tools for use in classrooms and everyday life. Grounded in the idea that play is a child’s most powerful learning tool, the program focuses on enhancing brain development during the most crucial period—from birth to around age ten.
