Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Just wanted to give you a heads up of how our Ghosts and Goblins event will go down tomorrow.
  • Please get to practice at 3 or as close to 3 as possible. We would love to have teams on the dock by 3:30 ready to start the regatta, so coming prepared to practice with this mindset will allow for maximum time on the water! (If getting here by 3 is impossible, don't stress it...just come when you can and know that festivities may already be in motion. We will help shuffle you where you need to be)
  • Costumes are very much encouraged!! Although not required, I convinced the office to dress up, and think it would be awesome if teams were in full costume as well.
  • There are prizes for best team, crew and individual costumes.
  • We will be de-rigging the 420's and have specific stations/assignments for each team. Bill and Sam will give you the details of this tomorrow, and de-rig begins as soon as the boats make it back to the dock from the Regatta.
  • We will have the grill going and hot apple cider (sailors are encouraged to bring an insulated mug/to go mug for hot cider and coco)
Schedule:
3:30 on dock
4:45 race ends at SailMaine dock
5:00all hands on deck to de-rig 420's
5:00-6:00 de-rig stations and potluck BBQ
6:00 Costume Contest winners announced, goodbyes

This is our last chance to get together with our full fall community, and we are so excited to see your creativity shine with your costumes tomorrow.
