Greetings all Fleet 27 sailors

As a result of many decades of strenuous sailing, golf, trekking and various other physical pursuits, my back has thrown in the towel.  Now that I am in my upper 60's, I simply can't compete all day on the water like I used to.

 My boat Etchells 1224 is at a storage facility in Naples, Fl where I live and is longing to get back out on the water.   I am willing to either make it available for free or sell it for a nominal amount to a younger crew interested in getting in to the Etchells class.  By copy of this email, I am requesting teams submit a list of qualifications (CV, etc...) and I will decide which team gets the boat.  (BTW the boat will need a bit of TLC primarily new running rigging.  I may provide funds toward that.)

A couple of conditions for the winning team:
        The skill set necessary to compete at the National level and qualify for the world's
        A capable tow vehicle
        The financial capacity to purchase six new sails and attend a sufficient number of regattas to qualify for the world championship
