Ski Night at Shawnee Peak: Monday, February 12

Hello SailMaine Community!

While we are counting down the days until we are back out on the water (just over 5 weeks until High School Sailing begins...), this week's snow still has us excited about winter! Please join us for a night of skiing at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton this Monday, February 12, from 3:30 - 9:00 --> tickets are only $15! We'll have access to the Downeast Ski Club ski house for a chili competition provided by SailMaine staff, and for an additional $5, you can spend the night at the bunkhouse at the mountain! High Schoolers will need to come with one chaperone for every four sailors. 

We'll need at least 15 people to join us at the mountain to make this event a success. If you considering attending, please shoot us an email or call the office at 772-7245. This is a fun, affordable way to celebrate our community while we wait for another fantastic sailing season.

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, Mother Nature has a way of messing with us all the time. With all the rain this weekend, and the low number of RSVPs, we've decided to cancel the SailMaine night at Shawnee Peak tomorrow. However, we hope to see many of you at College Sailing Night on Thursday, 2/15! The event will take place at Centerboard Yacht Club in South Portland from 6:00-7:30. Please see the attached flyer.
