Making Contact with Meteorite BI

Hi.  Has anyone managed to contact them recently?  The phone number on the website was answered by someone who claims he got the number from Skype and has nothing to do with them and  I've not had any response to any e-mails.  I want to renew based on what we've done previous years but it appears some of the pricing structure may have changed so I want to confirm with them.
