Saiku query stuck on loading

Hello.

I am trying to run Saiku on an Ubuntu server. I was able to access the server and upload the license, but when I try to use the query editor and select a cube, dimensions and measures do not load. I have uploaded my log and a screenshot of the problem. Has anyone else had this issue or knows of how to fix it?
