Hello everyone!

I am not able to install Saiku 3.9 on an Ubuntu server (I also tried it on CentOS and the error is the same).

I follow these main steps:
-Install JRE 8 and configure $ JRE_HOME (I tried JRE 7, JRE 6, JDK 8, JDK 7)
-I configure the data sources
-I unzipped the saiku-server and I ran the ./start-saiku.sh

Everything seems to work correctly, but when I open any cube the measures and dimensions break showing "loading". That's it. Nothing works.

The console shows this error with the REST:

Captura de Tela 2021-01-19 às 10.25.39.png

* yes, 152.67.55.124 is my IP.

In catalina.out there is:

Any idea?

Thank you!

Because of Mondrain jar you  are getting this issue check this  class name in your jar if not present than update the jar.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello.

I found the solution, but it is with Saiku version 3.8.8, it should work the same as the other.
You need to use this docker https://hub.docker.com/r/icerockdev/saiku-ce/ and in the root folder you have the zip of the version that I tell you. You only need to copy that zip outside of docker and you have it available on your computer. To copy it to your computer you can watch this tutorial https://mkyong.com/docker/how-to-copy-files-from-docker-container-to-host/

Regards.

Hi Jose,

do you still have the changes you made regarding Saiku?
If so, could you point me to where I can find them?

Carlos
