Twice over the last 3 months, NYC activated a module for their UVIS (Unified Victim Identification System) that gives a phone line for the public to call to register a loved one that is missing as part of an incident. Jay Brandt from NYC EM gave a great synopsis of the stand ups and shared a few lessons learned, I highly recommend reading more about it in the notes.
