Values missing in web instance when selected values are from google groups

Good day,

I am currently facing a issues after RMP user id deactivated and also after recent RMP user google group issue where the google group API is not running properly.

In my applications, I have a field : Recipient that is a User Type list with selection values come from role : Recipient. The list of users in the role: Recipient, are derived from script that uses gogglegroups formula. When filling up the form, the user will manually select the list of user that they want to cc

Problem occured when the 1 of selected user is deactivated or the user's google group is corrupted. The cc values are missing in web instances but in not process.

How do I stop the values from going missing in web interface form, even when the user name are not found in the role/google groups?

This is an application specific issue and we might need  google group API script by which you are accessing the deactivated user in the user list, due to which you are facing this issue, we request you to raise the issue on RunMyProcess Support Portal, below is the link to access the Support Portal:

Good day Pankaj,

I meant in generally, how to continue the display values in the web interface eventhough the user id has been deactivated or removed from google group? Once the value are saved, it should not change anymore, eventhough the user id has been deactivated or removed from google group?

I thought it can be resolved by untick the feature "Execute even read-only" but it seems this feature is not meant to stop the user type list from keep refreshing itself. The field need to be active but just not to keep refreshing itself.
