Process to redirect to WI?

Hi,
I’m trying to perform the following scenario:
1. user uploads image
2. image is send to the external services to analysis
3. initial image and analytical results from the service should be displayed to user
4. user adds some more data on the screen
5. finally all these data must be sent to the another external service to distribution

I created WI with the upload widget. User uploads image and on pressing the button it starts the process. Process uses connector to the external service to get some required analytical information about the image. Now I need to pass received information into the next screen.
Can you please help me with this task?
Should I use Script activity as the last activity and construct the URL with the dynamic values? Can I pass more than one dynamic value? Or it should be done in completely different way for the specified scenario?
