how could you use the data of a custom widget in the body of an email in the gflow process

You can add the variables(data) present in custom widget directly into process and use the same in email body.

Refer the screenshot for process and custom widget configuration.

You can add one Launchable Web Interface in your project, Add custom widget there and import your particular custom widget into it. In previous reply, screen shots are attached.
