User access

Hi

I have added a user and have given access right under Designer category. But he is not able to see Process report under live mode. He can only see the report under Test mode. How can I give access to him so that he can view the process report in Live mode.

Hi,

If you execute your process in TEST mode,you can't see the process reports in LIVE mode because those process reports are generated only for TEST mode.In order to view the process reports in LIVE mode,you need to run the process in LIVE mode.Just create a LIVE version of your project  and include the respective process in it and launch it in LIVE mode,

Hi,

Adding to Bidisha's reply, for the newly added user give "User" and "Observer" access along with the "designer" access and check if he can see the Process reports in LIVE mode.
