About the mail provider.

Hi.

I'm not sure why my mail provider doesn't work.

I've configured a "google app mail server" in this form:

name: Google Apps mail server
smtps: smtp.gmail.com:465/
authentication scheme: Plain with TLS (SSL)
login: myn...@mycompany.net
password: (the password of the myn...@mycompany.net account}

But when I see the "sent mail" tab in my gmail interface, it doesn't show anything.

Hi,

Is there any error message in the process report log?

You see it from:

Project home screen> New > reports - Process report.

Set search conditions like, mode: TEST, process: your-gmail-process

Attached is an example of the report.

or

If you did a launch test from the process design screen, you can just click on "Open Console" link at lower right.

Thanks I think I know the problem.

I've tried to suscribe a new user, and I was using its login/password for the mail server in my case a google app mail server, gmail). I've passed the limits of the suscribed users .

So when running the process it doesn't work.
