Error creating a new user account

Hello,
adding a new user I got the error "Error loading lane list for user" and no account is created.

It doesn't matter if the flag "Automatically activate..." is checked or not.

Could you, please, esplain the error ?

Hello Luigi,

First of all apologies for the late reply.

The error might arises when you are trying add user in RMP but he had already trial account with same user email id. Can you please check.
