I have a approval workflow apps with several level of approvers. There is a field called "Assigned_to" that contain the user email who is currently been assigned to do the approval. After 1 approver approved, the next approver email is populated into the assigned_to field.
I have a report "Pending My action" that is supposed to show all records pending that person action based on the user login. Eg : If approver A login, then approver A will see the list of records pending his action only in the report "Pending My action".
I was informed that I need to use report filter "Assigned_to = Connected User" for display only related records based on user login. But it is not working.
It is still showing records that are not pending the login user actions.
Please
1) advice how to display only the related records based on user login.
2) What does "Connected User" means in the filter on a WIR ?

Can I know what report configuration you are referring/asking ? I have already sent the "My queue" web interface report configuration to you on 26 Apr (attachment : My_Queue (Pic 1))
I just found out that all unrelated records appearing in "My Queue" tab were created by teammates who have resigned from the company. Their RMP id has been deactivated.
1. Can you provide some explaination on what happened to RMP records in Web interface reports and processes if their RMP id is de-activated midway in the process ? This names in the roles are also removed ? This is causing so much problems.
2. Why are records created by resigned staff are appearing in 'My queue" which is having filter web interface report filter "assigned to" = "connected user" ? How to prevent these records from appearing ?
Thanks

Currently, I do not have any incorrect records appearing in "My Queue". I have changed the records sts to stop it from display in "My queue".
If you need the actual unrelated records appearing in "My queue" for your checking, may need to wait until those records appear again. Otherwise, is it ok to have a hangout meeting tomorrow 25/5 at 2PM (Msia time) = 11:30AM (India time)?

I hope RMP support team will try to revert back quickly for the new ticket submission of this issue. I understand that RMP support teams may not be free to look into issue immediately but I also hope that RMP support team can also understand that I cannot leave those unrelated records appearing in all the users "My Queue" for days/weeks to wait for RMP to revert for a hangout meeting.
Pls close ticket
