Hi Team,

One of our customer submitted a document and that document is waiting for approval under next approver. He attached 3 files and he forgot to attach file 1 more. As a result, Files that should be attached are 4ea.

So I uploaded the missing file and edit process variable of file upload. But I know file attaching is seperated by two kinds - process instance, WI instance. Even I upload file and edit process, WI file upload value still remains as it was. I can't find the way attaching file on WI.

To do this, I guess that freemarker function - attach_file - would work for this. But Although I try to use debug mode via &P_attributes=tester, debug area was disable.

So Could you let me know how to add file in processing document? (waiting for approval document)

Regards,
Alan.

Hi Alan,

attach_file(file_variable, file_widget_id) - This function only works when computed in 'Input variables' of a manual task.

This is the url to enable Test Console in WI -

You can relaunch the process from steps that have a task in "Waiting" steps" and add the missing file. Any launched processes can be modified or relaunched (even green ones). However, initial and internal parameters can't be modified. To change an initial parameter, create a computed parameter with same name and your new value.

Note -

a) You must have an "Administrator" profile to relaunch a process or a "Supervisor" access right in project that process belongs to.

b) Be very CAREFUL while using these advanced feature.

Hope this helps you.
