Hello,
I created a new organization and a role inside it.

Creating a new pproject, the wizard does not show the recently created Role in the list of all Org/roles to select the initial designer's group.

Does anyone know why ?

Thank you,
Luigi

Hi,

Generally this issue arises when a user is not exists in specific role.

Could you please confirm that you have added a user in that role or not?

If not then please add user and then try to create a project with that role.

Hope this helps you. Please let us know if you face any issue.

regards,
Dipen Raval

Hi,
yes, I added a user to the designer's group I created.

Anyway, I have just created the project by selecting a different designer's group already existing and listed by the wizard.
After, I entered the new project and I corrected the "access rights" tab, that is I deleted the initial designer's group and added the group I wanted.
This time, in the access rights tab I found the desired group listed.
So, I think there is something wrong with the "new oroject" wizard...

Thank you.

Hi,
I confirm you that when I create a new project, the designer group I created is not listed as well as are not listed several existing others groups.

Regards,
Luigi

Hi Luigi ,

All our apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

We require some more information to investigate your issue.

1.Could you please create a new designer role (under new
organization), and add some users into it and then create a new
project with that designer role and check whether you can see it and
able to create.

2. If you are not able to see the created role ,please logout from
your account and login again, because it might take some moment to
reflect users into role.

3. If you face the same issue with this role as well, then please
provide us screen shots of your created role and project wizard.

Also please confirm that the role which you have created ("Designer"
which is causing issue) is using any script (like role script etc.).

Regards,
Ritu Khatri

Hello Ritu,
I created a new org and a designer role addding myself.
Then, creating a new project I found the new org/designer role listed.

Then, I modified the membership removing myself and adding another user: the new org/designer role was not listed anymore in the new project wizard.
I moved backward putting myself as role member and magically the new org/designer role showed again in the wizard list ...

Regards.
