Completed Request in Pending Report

In our global report there are some request which are completed but still showing as pending.Please could help me about this issue.

Could you please confirm following points:
1.Is there any sub process implemented in the main process?If this is the case kindly check the process instance using the process reports
2.Are there any parallel manual activity implemented in the process?
