Approval Cycle

Hi team,

I am using the array widget for approval cycle , from which the user can select, the approvers, now suppose their are 5 approvers, and the admin has access to change the approval cycle, suppose approver 1 comes in and approve. and it is pending for approval level 2,

when the situation is like this the admin cannot change the approver 1 from the array. i.e the first list value of the approver 1 in the array has to be inactive,the same thing will happen when the following approvers approve.

can you give some idea how to do so....

Hi Somjit,

You can create a variable custom list and populate the approver names dynamically based on their assigned tasks(or business logic), populate the values into the array-list widget.
