Urgent

Good afternoon, I just saved some changes in the web interface but when I want to re-enter I do not load any component or history, therefore I can not go back

What I can do???

Hi There,

This might be happen if you are logged out from session. If portal is idle for hour or more, it will automatically logout session. 
Please do some basic things like :

1. Logout from current session and Login again.
2. Clear your browser Cookies & Caches.
3. Try different browser to login.

Even though if issue is still persist, let us know. We will do hangout session to fix the problem.
