Not launching and process and not seeing WI

Hi,

I have the following problem:

I have a project, in which I have selected the desired User and designer access rights, and the user belonging to the roles in theess access rights.

I have two WIs in my project, one for launching a process, and another one without any button, only for watching reports and some info.

I have made a LIVE version but I'm having the following troubles:
1 - When I try to open the WI containing the reports I receive an error like this
Forbidden (403) - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill itForbidden
Forbidden
But If I try to open the same WI with an admin user I can see the WI.
(I have added a role in usr access rights containing ALL users that will be related to the App)

- When I open the other WI, and try to launch the process submitting it it does nothing. No error mesagge, no launching. Anything. But again, if I log in with an administrator user I can launch the process.

Why is this happening? What could it be?
I would appreciate some help, please.

Hi Javier,

Generally this issue arises when a user is not exists under "User" tab of project Access rights tab.

 

Could you please confirm that you have added a user in Project-->"Access right"-->under Access right's type--> "User" tab 

If not then please add user, you can ref screenshot attached and then try to launch the web interface.
