Hello,

I made some changes to a web interface which are not being applied to some older processes.

When I made a new version of the application and deployed it to production environment I selected the option for all existing processes to use the new version.

The processes are in a completed state, which I thought might have something to do with them not using the new version.

I tried manually updating the version on one of the processes by editing the execution path and rolling the process back to the last manual task before the "END" state. When I saved chose changes RMP asks if I want to keep current status or set status to waiting. It also asks for a version to start at. I select the new version and save.

Now when I open the form for that process it doesn't use the new code from the web interface.

Do you know why this would be happening?

Hi Jin,

Hi have tested the scenario you described and it works for me.

1. I created a Live version of a project, and completed few requests.
2. Then made some change in the web interface(i added a new field), created a new LIVE version, selected existing process run in NEW version.
3. I then took a completed process instance and relaunched(editing execution path) from the step before the manual task so that the manual task gets triggered again. Now when i open my web interface i see the new field.

I am guessing, you might have relaunched on the manual task step itself. If that's the case only its output parameters gets calculated not input parameters, that means it will not trigger the manual task again with new changes in the web interface.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Sushma
